I am so glad you are here! Let me share a little bit about myself with you. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. For the past 10 years, I have committed myself to helping individuals of all ages (3+) learn how to create healthier relationships within themselves and with others. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, negative core beliefs, maladaptive coping mechanisms, unproductive communication skills, and parts of ourselves that hinder the change or healing that we desire. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help clients reach their goals. I am passionate about creating a safe space free of judgment where you can feel heard, supported and respected.
